Atanas Garov is the founder and Managing Partner of Garitage Investment Management EOOD. The company's portfolio includes projects such as gated residential complexes, business parks, shopping areas, educational and sports centers.

Sofia Park Villas is a high-class residential complex developed by Garitage Investment Management. It offers a new type of dwellings, improving the general concept in the southern part of Sofia. In the complex, among the rich park environment, there are 35 single-family houses of 3 types.

Prior to establishing Garitage Investment Management, Atanas Garov has been Managing Partner at Colliers International Bulgaria for more than 11 years and has been involved in the company's development both in Bulgaria and in the Balkans. Prior to Colliers, Atanas Garov worked at Jones Lang LaSalle's Capital Markets Group in New York.

Atanas Garov has a Master's degree in International Business at Thunderbird School of Global Management, AGSIM in the US, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Romance languages from Colorado College.
